PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed per Email. Any order must be placed in a written form. Please indicate the Article Number on your order. The customer will receive a Mail with the price to be confirmed.
It is generally possible to post any custom wishes together with the order: extra length, other personal wishes. Those changes will be made and a picture of the new items will be sent to you if requested. The customer must confirm the changes per Email (in a written from).

For sold-out items which are not on stock any more, the customer will receive a “non-availability” note from JOLI:JOLI. In many cases a similar item can be produced. JOLI:JOLI verifies this possibility and sends you an alternative offer for a custom production with a picture of the new item and the price.
Any custom changes, custom production and prices must be confirmed by the customer in a written form.
After getting the customer confirmation, JOLI:JOLI sends the final Mail acknowledging the details of the order. From this moment the Contract is binding. The price of the item is indicated in the order confirmation.
SHIPPPING COSTS
The shipping charges depend on the country in your delivery address. The following table gives you an idea as to the shipping charge that will be added to the price of the item.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EU
Please note that when we ship outside the EU, the shipping costs do cover the door-to-door transport, insurance as well as all costs for issuing the necessary accompanying documents. Style prices in your order confirmation are stated without V.A.T., custom duties, or German V.A.T. Please note that for each country there will be individual import taxes, custom duties as well as handling charges for which you will receive a separate invoice directly from DHL. Please also note that possible foreign bank charges are your responsibility.
SHIPPING TIMES
Within Germany: 1-2 working days
Within EU, as well as Switzerland and Lichtenstein: 3-4 working days.
Rest of the World: approx. 7 working days (or more, depending on the country of destination).

to fasten the dispatch of the ordered item. After the confirmation or the bank transfer amount has been received by JOLI:JOLI, dispatch can be prepared immediately.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Within 14 days after your purchase you may exchange or return your received goods. This is only valid for goods that have not been worn.

An exchange of merchandise is possible if you would like to have a different item. The price difference must be handled as a separate payment. Please send an Email to

to authorize the exchange.
In case of a valid return (within EU) - you will receive a return money transfer on your bank account. The money transfer is generally made after the returned goods have reached JOLI:JOLI. There will be no additional expenses for your connected with the refund.
In case of a valid return (outside of EU) – you will receive a money transfer to your bank account minus the bank charges for an international transfer. The money transfer is generally made after the returned goods have reached JOLI:JOLI.
Please seek to return items within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Please inform JOLI:JOLI of your wish to return the goods as soon as possible. Returns outside the 14-days- timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of JOLI:JOLI, and depending on the circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATION
JOLI:JOLI has a right to step off the Contract (§ 346 ff, BGB). This can occur in case of supply bottlenecks, price changes, and ordering errors. In case a payment has been made, the amount must be refunded to the customer.
The customer can step off the Contract:
If the product if not of acceptable quality or not conform to the description given on the Site.
And within 14 working days (without indication of the cancellation reason) commencing on the day after the date on which the Customer receives the goods
In described cases the Customer receives a full refund for the ordered item.
